Are Delos Advanced Air Purification solutions effective against SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes Covid-19)?

Delos Advanced Air Purification solutions utilize technology that has been independently tested to remove particles as small as 0.007 microns at 99.99% efficiency.* For context, the virus that causes Covid-19 and other enveloped viruses range in size from 0.06 to 0.14 microns.

I turned on my air purifier but there is no air flowing out of it. What might be going on?

Check to make sure that you’ve removed the plastic wrap from the filter. If the plastic has been removed but the problem persists, please contact support.shop@delos.com for support.

When should I run my air purifier?

The air quality in your home changes constantly – both due to activities within the home such as cleaning or cooking, as well as due to outdoor air coming in indoors. To maintain a consistently high air quality within your home, we recommend running your air purifier all day. 

Where should I place my air purifier?

We recommend placing your Delos Advanced Air Purification unit(s) in rooms or areas where you spend most of your time. The air flow (both into and out of the purifier) should not be obstructed, so keep the unit(s) away from curtains or other items that might block airflow.

What is the warranty for my air purifier?

The standard manufacturer’s warranty is 5-years on the motor and blower parts and 1-year on electronic components. Please do not contact the manufacturer directly about any returns or warranty claims, as Delos will be your primary contact for any return or warranty matters.
