General Return Policy
Here’s our simple policy: filters and cartridges purchased from the Delos shop can be returned for a refund provided the conditions outlined below are met.
First, for all returns, please initiate a support request through the Delos shop here, and we will get back to you with next steps. We will also provide you with a prepaid shipping label to use to return your product.
- The product you wish to return must be post-marked within 30 days after the date you received it. For return of a Kaiterra sensor cartridge, your return must be post-marked within 14 days after the date you received it.
- The product must be returned to us un-opened and in its original packaging. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in Delos denying your refund and returning the product to you at your cost.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment, usually within 5 business days of an approved refund (and our receipt and inspection of the returned product), however, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
