Effective April 21, 2023

All items (except those manufactured by Essentia) on the Delos Shop are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. 

However, if your item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please refer to your product’s warranty and contact our Customer Service within seven (7) days of delivery. You may initiate a support request via our online form or email us at support@delos.com to reach our team of Customer Service Specialists.

Stay Well Mattress & Essentia Pillow Returns

All Stay Well Mattress & Pillow purchases are made directly with the manufacturer, Essentia, and are subject to the following Refund Policy. Please contact Essentia Customer Service for any return requests and/or warranty inquiries.
